As you may have heard, I am Rob’s successor as RPPTL legislative co-chair from the RP side… Rob gave me your name as the contact for landlord-tenant. Is that accurate? If not, please blame Rob and copy me.
Landlord tenant has the privilege of receiving the first bill for comment, which is attached. The Section has been asked for comment. I do not have a date for a response, but sooner is generally better than later. I have asked Peter for a deadline and when it is known, I will share it with you. Please either mark the bill with constructive comments or provide a separate statement of comments citing line numbers, where appropriate.
And, if you are not the correct person for this…please forward, if possible and let me know.
