[RPPTL LandTen] Address for Eviction

I've encountered this scenario in the past. The Sheriff however needs to be
able to identify the room, therefore in the notice, complaint, and writ you
have to include a description of the room. For example 123 Main Street Back
Room.
The Sheriff needs a specific address to serve and execute the writ.
