Happy New Year, L&T Committee members,

RPPTL is sponsoring an eCLE  on Friday, January 15, 2016 addressing the timely issue of Emotional Support Animals.   The program will present both the housing providers’ and resident’s views of the laws.  This has become a hot issue in college towns, condos, HOAs etc.   Our resident, owner and that property manager clients are looking for clarity, and after watching this eCLE, you will be a position to provide that clarity.
