[RPPTL LandTen] Referral for Broward County attorney wanting to represent residential landlord, prepare leases, some evictions

This is not something I would typically refer away but I am too busy on the
transactional/closing side to assist this client at this time. I would like
to refer to one of you (preferably a Broward County attorney since the
residences are in Broward) a landlord who owns 10-15 residences throughout
the county and needs to establish a uniform lease or leases, plus have an
attorney available to handle evictions when the need arises. If you are
