[RPPTL LandTen] Mold Defense attorney referral - Dade

I'd be willing to bet that 1) the tenant never ran the AC thus keeping the apartment very hot and humid, and 2) they never notified the landlord in writing that maintenance was needed. I see this all the time these days.
