Good afternoon all. Quick question regarding radon (you know, that
paragraph we put in every document without actually reading it).

I have a client who owns an apartment building. He recently heard from one
of his tenants that there is high levels of radon in the apartment.
Landlord is deciding what to do, and wants to know what his exposure would
be, and I was wondering the same thing.

Is there any law out there placing liability on landlords for high radon
levels? Any info would be most appreciated. Thanks.
