You can always see if they mess up your credit and then sue them!

I have answered foreclosure complaints for judgment creditors, by alleging to be without knowledge as to the bulk of the complaint, I admit that my judgment creditor may have an interest in the property by virtue of their final judgment and ask to be given notice and an accounting of any judicial sale so that any surplus remaining after a judicial sale is applied to my judgment creditor.

Credit Report? don't know, hopefully it does not appear as a negative public record.
