[RPPTL LandTen] Partial Acceleration Remedy in Commercial Lease

Does anyone have any information on enforceability of partial acceleration language in a commercial lease or information regarding how this is viewed in Florida courts?

The lease in question only allows the landlord to accelerate one year at a time and the question is whether the first acceleration would diminish the LL's ability to come back and seek additional rents the following year.

Thanks.

Brenda
