[RPPTL LandTen] Client in Jacksonville with easement issue

I have a client that owns an apartment community in Jacksonville.  The property next door is under construction.  Someone walked in the door and handed the property manager a "reciprocal easement agreement" to sign.  The property manager sent it to my client's corporate headquarters.  My client wants consultation with regard the this document and, if necessary, litigation to enforce its rights if it decides not to enter into the agreement.  The owner has begun building and is using my client's property for construction traffic, parking, equipment, etc.

Is there a Jacksonville attorney with a background in this type of matter who can assist my client?
