[RPPTL LandTen] Jurisdiction question

I think anything under $2,500.00 has to be filed as a small claims matter and the clerk issues a summons and pretrial hearing date with the summons.  I believe that is jurisdictional, so anything less than that amount shouldn't be filed in County Court.
