[RPPTL LandTen] Service animals

Not one day goes by where a client is not presented with some bogus
"Registration" of a service animal off of the internet.

 

How are you all dealing with what you can ask the applicant/tenant as far as
"proof" of necessity goes?

 

It is out of control.  Totally out of control.   I was told that the
verification of need does NOT have to come from a doctor or medical
professional but who qualifies?  The leader of the local "Stress Meet Up
Group" "Insomniacs Are Us"?.

 

I am connected with a bunch of FH experts in the US but no one has a
consistent answer.

 

I use a guy Robin (Robert) Hein out of Atlanta  rhein at apartmentlaw.com  for
all my referrals of FH issues. Do we have any real experts in this in
Florida?
