GOOD because if passed it will likely chill the need for the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act to be reinstated. A lot easier to give a 90 day notice to evict without cause than allow the tenant live in the rental until the lease is up. No need to prove a fraudulent long term leases which requires an evidentiary hearing to determine if the lease is "bone fide". No need for Cash for Keys.
