I suggest reading the Florida Bar’s Actionline Winter 2014 article written by Dane E. Leitner, Esq., of Ward Damon Posner Pheterson & Bleau PL in West Palm.  It is on pages 39 and 40.

While there are indeed professionally trained service animals, my advice was always to say “It is not about the animal, it is about the person” 

 

Any thoughts on this “requirement” of the association? Anyone interested in going after this association if I can get proof in writing that they did this?
