[RPPTL LandTen] Service Animal Interesting one

Condo denies applicant because the disabled applicant's service animal is
not "certified".

 

While there are indeed professionally trained service animals, my advice was
always to say "It is not about the animal, it is about the person" 

 

Any thoughts on this "requirement" of the association? Anyone interested in
going after this association if I can get proof in writing that they did
this?
