[RPPTL LandTen] Spam from a Florida attorney regarding evictions

Same here. I’ve had this talk with The Florida Bar, and their position is that they can’t keep the list private since they are a quasi-governmental agency and Florida law requires disclosure of public records. That is why you see some people not give their email addresses to The Florida Bar

Hard to believe people can get away with spamming thousands of these to Florida attorneys and property managers. The Bar will do nothing most likely.  Well at least this one is based in Florida. There are a load outside of the state.
