I want to thank everyone for the responses and the many private responses.

 

This is how our listserv should work!  

 

Some of us are very narrow in our practice area and we have the chance to refer out a lot. Having a nice database of people who actually know how to do something right and are not just dabbling in it is priceless.

 

I have a newsletter that goes out to over 16K subscribers in Florida.  If you practice in an area we don’t, for example: Fair Housing, collections, eviction defense, owner- property manager disputes, condo law, mobile homes, foreclosures, commercial stuff and you have a nice written article on any of this, I will put your article in my newsletter, on my website and you can have the exposure.  

 

We stick to basic residential evictions mainly through property managers and apartment communities. Nothing else.
