[RPPTL LandTen] Landlord and Tenant Committee Updates

Dear Landlord and Tenant Committee Members:

 

Membership in the Landlord and Tenant Committee and access to its email
listserv offers the opportunity to collaborate with other attorneys
practicing landlord and tenant law and share relevant and current case
law as it develops.

 

In an effort to ensure that all of our members receive the full benefit
of the Committee's resources, please take a moment to review your
contact information to confirm its accuracy. Our directory may be
accessed through the Section website. After signing into www.rpptl.org,
click on "Committees," then "Real Property," then "Landlord and Tenant,"
and finally "Directory." For your convenience, a copy of the directory
is attached to this email. Any changes may be emailed to me.

 

Also, please consider your colleagues that are not currently members of
the Committee, and encourage them to join. There is no cost for RPPTL
section members to join, no work required, and the more members we have
participating in the listserv discussion, the better it becomes.

 

I look forward to serving as the Committee's new secretary. Please
contact me if you have any concerns or questions regarding the
Committee's membership, its listserv, or its website.
