[RPPTL LandTen] N-1003 - Landlord Tenant Committee: legislation

Good morning Committee Members:  Lainie Simon was recently contacted by a commercial client inquiring about a change to Chapter 83 permitting immediate eviction upon the second late payment of rent.  Lainie sent an email asking whether she had missed that change.

House Bill 77 is the only amendment to Chapter 83 this session and I see no such change in that bill.

Here is a link to the final version of HB 77 as passed and sent to the Governor.  The Governor has not yet been signed the bill into law.
