I don't think so since your client was not a party to the foreclosure litigation. Your client will have to file an eviction proceeding (but remember the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act)

Subject: Re: [RPPTL LandTen] Legal question eviction
Hello all!
I hope all is well. I have a legal question regarding eviction. I represent a client who bought a property via a quick claim deed after foreclosure. People are still inhabiting the residence. Can I piggy back the foreclosure action and file a writ of possession or must I file a separate legal eviction action. Any suggestions are helpful .
Thank you in advance and happy Tuesday!!
