Neil –
We have a young attorney whom we'd like to have start doing leasing work – would you take a young and eager to learn, rather than not-so-young but very knowledgable new member of your committee?  Our guy is very bright and I think the emails and calls would be a great way for him to learn quickly.   But if you'd prefer not, that's fine.

Yes, I am, but have never been actively involved with a committee.  I spend a significant portion of my day handling commercial and industrial leasing (which is how Dr. Phillips generates income to be used for charitable purposes), so I figured the committee would be a good fit for me.
