This meeting will be held by telephone only.  The Agenda and materials will be provided in advance of the meeting.

In addition to our regular business meeting, we will have a presentation by Elizabeth A. Hamilton, Senior Managing Counsel -Real Estate for Office Depot who will discuss "From the Halls of Justice:  Cases you need to know about in the Shopping Center Industry".
