I've run into a fair number of those as well because I also do work for
foreclosure purchasers and it's become a common issue.  I have successfully
handled many of these over the past year or so and would be happy to take
any referrals for Broward, Palm Beach, or Martin Counties.

The police of course do absolutely nothing.
