[RPPTL LandTen] Service of Process Question

[lesstevens]

If I may step away from a LL-T question to ask...I have to foreclose on a
condominium unit for an Association against Bank of America, N.A..who does
not have a registered agent in Florida..does anyone know where to serve
them? I have read NY, I have read CT Corp. (unofficial and can be
challenged).

 

Thanx for any help..They foreclosed on a unit and have refused to pay
assessments..imagine that!!
