[RPPTL LandTen] Service Animal Cases

We are seeing a lot more cases where HOAs and Condo Associations are giving
applicants and tenants a hard time about service animals.  Often the Condo's
and HOA's are blatantly violating the law and I can tell from their attorney
demand and threat letters that the HOA and CA attorneys do not know the law.

 

If anyone is interested in taking/exploring  these cases on behalf of
tenants and applicants please let me know as we don't handle these cases.
