[RPPTL LandTen] Off-topic (but hopeful)

Do any of you have a form complaint for re-foreclosure - where the
successful bidder (not the foreclosing lender) finds out post-auction that
there was a junior mortgagee who was not named in the complaint?  So the
client needs to foreclose the second mortgagee out, but is not the original
plaintiff.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
