[RPPTL LandTen] Landlord/Tenant Committee Meeting Notice

Please mark your calendars for the next meeting of the Landlord/Tenant Committee of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar to be held Thursday, July 26th, 9:30 am - 11:00 am.  This meeting will be held in conjunction with the RPPTL Executive Council meetings at The Breakers, Palm Beach, and by phone.    If you are in the area and would like to join us for the meeting, please drop by.

In addition to discussion of regular business and topics of interest, we will have a CLE presentation by  Frank J. Cerza, Esquire.  Frank is a partner in the Real Estate, Retail Industry and International Practice Groups of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the New York office and co-chair of the firm's Italian Desk and a frequent lecturer on lease-related topics.  He will discuss tenant improvement workletters.

Call-in numbers and agenda will be provided in advance of the meeting.

I am including a recent publication of the recently formed Real Property Liability and Insurance Committee containing a number of informative articles for your use and review.
