[RPPTL LandTen] Applicability of Part II of Chapter 83 to Entity Tenant

I wondered if anyone had any thoughts with respect to whether a tenant
occupying a residential property but which is an entity (not a natural
person) can avail itself it of the protections of the residential section?
I would tend to favor the view that it could not as (a) a property rented by
an entity could not be a dwelling under 83.43(a) and more to the point, an
entity is not a "Tenant" as defined under 83.43.  I welcome any input you
might offer..
