Does anyone have a complaint form for a violation of 83.67?

 

You'll like this one - on the next to last day of the lease term, with
tenant almost all moved out but no surrender as yet (and a few items of
personal property in the house), the landlord enters the house while the
tenants are at work and changes the locks.  Then proceeds to move all of his
belongings into the house.

 

And no, I'm not kidding.
