[RPPTL LandTen] Prospective referral

Hello, Group.  I have a possible referral involving a negligent bailment.
In short, contractor brings work truck to a shop for vehicle repairs. The
truck holds the contractor's tools.  While the work vehicle is at the shop
being repaired, it is stolen. Contractor did not have a commercial insurance
policy so his insurer is going to pay for the loss of the vehicle but not
the $10,000.00 in tools or the week of work contractor lost because of the
lack of tools.  The shop is located in the Miami area and they refuse to
accept responsibility or to provide the name and number of their insurer.

 

If anyone is interested in speaking with the prospect, please let me know.
