[RPPTL LandTen] Landlord/Tenant Committee Notice - Save the Date

 The next meeting of the Landlord/Tenant Committee of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar will be held Thursday,  August 4, 2011, 8:00 am - 9:30 am, at the Breakers Resort, Palm Beach in conjunction with meeting of the Executive Council of the RPPTL Section.

PLEASE NOTE THE EARLY TIME.  Due to the RPPTL Annual Legislative Update to be given Friday, August 5, our meeting is scheduled at an early time, and I encourage you to join in and support our speaker who has offered his time and efforts for this meeting.

We will also discuss the proposed "glitch" corrective bill related to Florida Statute 713.10 circulated earlier this week.

In addition to our regular business meeting, we will have a CLE presentation by our member, Marty Lawyer, on residential eviction topics.
