Great idea. Here's my information - and I'd be happy to accept referrals
from any of the fine members of our committee!
1. Your area of experience and interest.
We are a boutique law firm concentrating on litigation and transactional
services for income-producing real estate.
Our litigation services include commercial lease enforcement like evictions
and distress for rent, tenant workout, construction lien and other issues.
In addition, we have state-wide volume residential eviction practice.
Our transactional services include developing master and individually
negotiated lease docs, as well as representing purchasers and sellers of
income producing property, etc.
Representative clients include Americas Property Management, C.B. Richard
Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group, Grubb &
Ellis, Kennedy Wilson, T. A. Realty and others.
2. The geographical area in which you will take cases, it will be very
helpful. I can then compile this and send it out to the group if the group
so desires or at least we can have a list here to give to the other 3
attorneys here.

Hello All,
As most of you know, for the past 21 years we concentrated solely on
extremely cheap cookie cutter residential evictions statewide for property
managers and file many thousands of them each year. We get a lot of requests
for unlawful detainer cases, private owner managed cases, condo issues,
commercial cases, ejectments, calls from tenants, mobile home evictions,
prohibited practice cases, fair housing discrimination issues,
administrative issues with FREC, or generally messed up complicated cases
that would require hourly billing which we never do and don't plan on
starting now.
In the past the way we blew people off is by telling them to call the Bar
Referral service but often the people they may be referred to have little or
no experience. (no offense intended to the Bar Referral service)
If you all could privately email me with:
1. Your area of experience and interest
2. The geographical area in which you will take cases, it will be very
helpful. I can then compile this and send it out to the group if the group
so desires or at least we can have a list here to give to the other 3
attorneys here.
There is a massive amount of talent in this group but we all don't know who
does what. Further, it can also help when we all as a group need an
attorney to cover a quick hearing in a far away area where the judge may not
allow a phone hearing or the client is best served with an attorney in the
courtroom.
