HB 847 is the DBPR's bill. It updates the existing statute, Chapter 513. It concerns primarily recreational vehicle (RV) parks, the vast majority of which are investor-owned rental parks. There are very few resident-owned RV parks. Therefore, I suggest that this bill is more a matter for the Landlord-Tenant Committee than for the Condo & Planned Development Committee.  I have no adverse comments and support the bill.
