[RPPTL LandTen] Crime-free apartment program starting in Orlando

Hello All,

 

I was surprised at the lack of response concerning this new Addendum.  What do you all think? I feel it is overreaching and possibly unenforceable. I feel it creates a new level of liability for the landlord.   

 

The reason I ask is that I am close to the people who are working with OPD and can get this changed/fixed/amended before it spreads all over the place.   Marty? Michael?
