[RPPTL LandTen] Referral for someone not conflicted out in being adverse to Wells Fargo

I was referred a matter this morning for a Tenant who has to negotiate a tough SNDA to protect a substantial TI Allowance as the Tenant has concerns about the financial viability of the Landlord.

I am conflicted out as the Lender is Wells Fargo and we have a strict "not adverse to Wells Fargo policy". The Landlord is an entity owned by a JV between Mainstreet Capital/Paul Killgallen and Praedium.

If you are pretty sure that you do have a conflict being adverse to Wells and/or the Landlord group and you have experience with this set of issues, please let me know and I will make an introduction.

Thanks very much.
