[RPPTL LandTen] CLE Course Credit for Landlord Tenant Committee Meetings

Ladies and Gentlemen:

The CLE presented at the March 18th Landlord Tenant Committee meeting was assigned Course # 5871 0, and awarded 1.5 hours of CLE credit (Scott Frank, Arnstein Lehr, LLP, made a presentation on Everglades Electric Supply v. Paraiso Granite, and George Pincus, Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A., made a presentation on "Bio-Tech and Technology Leases").  Additionally, the CLE presentations made during the May 28th and August 5th committee meetings were consolidated, assigned Course # 5870 0 and awarded 2.0 hours of CLE credit (in May John Dannecker of Shutts & Bowen, LLP, presented a seminar on "Mold, Mildew and Water Intrusion Liability Claims"; in August Julie Williamson, Akerman Senterfitt, presented a seminar on "Additional Insured Endorsements and Related Insurance Issues".

Those who attended will want to log in to The Florida Bar's web site to post this course credit to their individual CLE records.
