	The next meeting of the Landlord/Tenant Committee of the Real
Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar will be held
tomorrow, Friday, May 28, 2010, 1:30 - 3pm, in conjunction with the
Tampa meeting of the RPPTL Executive Council, Tampa Marriott Waterside
Hotel.  

	 

	John Dannecker of Shutts & Bowen, LLP, Florida Bar Board
Certified in Construction Law, will discuss his experiences with mold
related disputes and claims involving moisture intrusion.  With
hurricane season fast approaching, we look forward to learning more on
this important topic.
