Thank you to the 23 members who responded to my earlier email.  If you
did not have a chance to respond, please take a few minutes to respond
(to my email address directly, nshoter at shutts.com -- don't hit Reply).
Your responses will help us to ensure that our Committee will continue
to serve the needs of all of our members.
 
1.  What percentage of your practice involves landlord/tenant matters?
 
2.  Would you say you represent primarily landlords or tenants?
 
3.  Do you practice primarily litigation or transactional? (if mixed,
what is the percentage of each)
 
4.  Is your practice primarily commercial or residential (if mixed, what
is the percentage of each)
 
5.  If you consider yourself a specialist in a particular area of
Landlord/Tenant law, please let us know.
 
6.  Is there an area of landlord/tenant practice that you believe could
be enhanced/helped or should be addressed through the resources of the
Florida Bar and our Committee activities? (examples:  court procedure,
changes in the law, statutory revisions, continuing education, etc.).
