Subject: [RPPTL LandTen] Landlord/Tenant Committee Survey

Dear Members, please take a few moments to respond to the following
questions. Your responses will help us to ensure that our Committee
will continue to serve the needs of all of our members.

1. What percentage of your practice involves landlord/tenant matters?
Anywhere from 30-60%, depending on economy and time of year.

2. Would you say you represent primarily landlords or tenants? Mostly
landlords, but maybe 20% of my leasing practice is with tenants.

3. Do you practice primarily litigation or transactional? (if mixed,
what is the percentage of each) transactional.

4. Is your practice primarily commercial or residential (if mixed, what
is the percentage of each) mostly commercial - maybe 5% residential
(typically as a one-off for a client or acquaintance of a client)

5. If you consider yourself a specialist in a particular area of
Landlord/Tenant law, please let us know. Generalist.

6. Is there an area of landlord/tenant practice that you believe could
be enhanced/helped or should be addressed through the resources of the
Florida Bar and our Committee activities? (examples: court procedure,
changes in the law, statutory revisions, continuing education, etc.).
I think we're doing a heck of a job.

Your time is most appreciated. Thank you.
