[RPPTL LandTen] Landlord/Tenant Committee Meeting

The next meeting of the Landlord/Tenant Committee is scheduled for
tomorrow, Friday, January 15, 2010 at 8:30 - 10:00 AM.   This meeting is
being conducted in conjunction with the RPPTL Section Executive Council
Meeting in St. Augustine.  John Little of Brigham Moore LLP, Co-Chair of
the Amicus Coordination Committee, will discuss his brief for Skylake
Insurance v. NMB Plaza.   Attorney Anthony Horky of Mombach Boyle  &
Hardin will present the CLE segment of our program on Residential
Evictions Topics of Interest.
