[RPPTL LandTen] Landlord Tenant Committee Notice and Agenda for September 25, 2009

Agenda for tomorrow's meeting is attached.

The next meeting of the Landlord /Tenant Committee is scheduled for
tomorrow, Friday, September 25th at 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m..   This
meeting is being conducted as part of the RPPTL Executive Council
meeting at the Ritz Carlton, Naples.  We will hold an in-person meeting
-- or you may join by phone.

As part of our meeting, member Peter Blacklock will speak on "Ethical
Considerations in Leasing"

accommodate tenant's repayment or delivery of keys to a landlord address
in a county different than the premises (last line of Paragraph 3) --
