I just took The Fund class to become a title agent, so I will be attending
the Title Insurance Committee meeting this time.  It is a hard choice to
make since I learn so much at the L/T committee meetings.  Wish there was
not a time conflict.  If there are any other handouts please save a copy for

 Dear Committee Members: 

 

Please be advised that the next meeting of the Landlord Tenant Committee is
scheduled for next Thursday, July 30, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. - Noon.   This
meeting is being conducted as part of the RPPTL Executive Council meeting at
the Breakers, Palm Beach.  We will hold an in-person meeting at the Breakers
-- or you may join by phone.

 

Attorney Frank A. Mayer III, of Pepper Hamilton in Philadelphia will be our
guest speaker on "Everything you always wanted to know about Insurance
Certificates and other ways to verify insurance coverage..but were afraid
to, or didn't know how to ask."  

 

Attached is a meeting agenda and Mr. Mayer's CLE materials. 

 

Minutes from our May meeting will be provided in advance of the meeting.
