Attached is the CLE Course Credit issued for the Landlord-Tenant  Committee 
teleconference held on March 26, 2009: Course # 39319 (1.0  hour).   In 
this meeting, Timothy Martin, Vice President of  Development for Bonefish 
Grill, presented a discussion of the company's top  issues in site development 
and lease negotiations.
