A possible item for your stellar blog www.Bibdaily.com and its readers. Our office had filed an amicus brief to this court questioning the validity of the harboring cause of action under the facts of this case.....The harboring count was ordered dismissed by the judge. but the remaining counts regarding apartment steering and other issues arising under the Fair Housing Act and state laws are pending.
 
You'll note that the Plaintiffs here are also represented by the private lawyers and the Institute division of FAIR (who had litigated on behalf of the City of Hazleton and a few other municipalities that passed Institute-designed anti-immigrant ordinances.)
