[RPPTL LandTen] CLE Course Date should be 12.5.08

Update:  
 
The Course Credit Approval has a date of Dec. 19, 2008, but the actual  
teleconference was held Dec. 5, 2008.  I will ask RPPTL administration to  correct 
the date.
