	Not sure how relevant this attachment is to our committee, but
it is a reminder.  Someone was speaking about a 10 or 20 million dollar
escrow account for tenant improvements.  Not sure who is holding the
money, but attached is a letter from the FDIC regarding insurance
guarantees on accounts.    It really made stop and think about how I do
business.  If you think appropriate please pass around to committee
