5:30 PM - Social Hour 

 

6:00 PM - Dinner is a choice of 3 entrees.  1) COUNTRY FRIED STEAK. $21.00  Texas-size steak smothered in smokehouse country gravy, served with mashed Yukon Gold potatoes and a buttermilk biscuit. 2) CHICKEN FETTUCCINI ALFREDO - $17.00  Fettuccini noodles tossed in a creamy garlic alfredo sauce with tender chicken breast, fresh mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and finished with shredded parmesan.  3) ALOHA CHICKEN Sandwich- $14.00  Breast of chicken glazed with peppercorn Teriyaki sauce, topped with shaved ham, melted Swiss Cheese, grilled pineapple and Asian slaw.  All drinks are on your own.

0645 PM -The presentation will be made by Scott Ketchum and he will discuss Forest Capitol Management philosophy.
