[Iesaf_selkirk] Election Results for Chair-Elect and Executive Councilor

Dear Fellow Members:

I am pleased to announce the election results. First thank you everyone 
one for voting, we received 85 votes this year; fantastic.

Our new Chair-Elect is Lloyd McGee from the Panorama Chapter, 
Congratulations Lloyd.  However, Tera only missed this honor by 3 votes 
the final was 44 to 41, respectively. It was really close.

Executive Councilor is Russ Graham, this was also close, only 21 votes 
separated the two.  So the election was quite interesting.
