[Iesaf_selkirk] to those wanting to attend the leadership academy

The Montana and IESAF combined Leadership Academy is Feb 19-20.  Some of 
you, who I think have stated they are coming, have not registered. 

So if you can, at least let Ann Abbot Know you are planning attending.
