Selkirk Chapter Meeting

Thursday , APRIL 15, 2010



The meeting will be held in the VIP Room at Coeur D'Alene Casino, Worley, ID.  The room is located near the Sweetgrass Cafe.  http://www.cdacasino.com  The Palouse Chapter is invited to join us.

 

5:30 PM - Social Hour on your own.  Waitress will be present to take your orders.

 

6:00 PM - The Dinner will be on your own.  Each of you will be responsible for ordering what you want when you get to the meeting.  I will attach the men.pdf. 06:45 PM - The program will be presented by Bill McLaughlin the interim dean of the College of Natural Resources.  He will discuss the opportunities facing the forestry program ask the members present about the kinds of content knowledge and skill they believe today's foresters need,  and discuss the impacts of WSU phasing out their forestry program.

 

07:45 PM - Business Meeting 

 

The next meeting is May 20-22 at Wallace High School and Civic Auditorium.  This is the annual IESAF Business Meeting and Conference. It is entitled 1910 Fires: A Century Later.  Registration materials are available at http://www.iesaf.org/pages/events.asp?PageTextID=13.
