Would you please forward this email announcing the Intermountain Society, Snake River Chapter Annual Mtg. to the Inland Empire Society membership?  I think we have a meeting and field trip planned that your members would enjoy and the U of I McCall Field Campus, which is situated in a beautiful old-growth ponderosa pine forest on the shores of Payette Lake, is a beautiful place to hold a meeting.  We would like to extend an invitation to any Inland Empire SAF members who can join us in McCall.

Hi everyone.

We have finalized the plans for our 2009 Society of American Foresters Snake River Chapter Annual Meeting.  It will be held the evening of June 19, 2009 at the University of Idaho Field Campus in McCall, Idaho.  The theme is biomass energy and we have a wonderful speaker who will give great insights into the possibilities within Idaho and elsewhere.  The following day, we will look at fuels treatments conducted at Ponderosa State Park and visit a biomass cogeneration facility located at the Evergreen Mill in Tamarack, Idaho and the biomass heating system used to heat school buildings in Council.
